Louie
As Managing Director - Head of
Distribution for Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital,
Louie Goros leverages his brokerage background and
extensive knowledge of commercial real estate to
provide his clients with structured real estate
investments through Kingsbarn’s diversified
investment programs.
Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Louie
helped lead a large brokerage team at Marcus &
Millichap with over $400,000,000 in transaction
volume. There, he specialized in acquisitions and
dispositions of multifamily apartment buildings in
San Diego County and facilitation of 1031 exchanges.
During Louie’s career in brokerage, he represented a
wide range of investors, helping them create and
preserve wealth through investment sales and
advisory services.
Louie proudly served in the United
States Marine Corps with 1st Reconnaissance
Battalion at Camp Pendleton, CA. Following his
honorable discharge from the military, Louie went on
to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
with a concentration in small business management
and entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix.
Outside of the office, Louie enjoys
staying fit and spending time with his wife, Brogan,
and two-year old daughter, Taya.

Matt
Mr. Ayer has been responsible for
raising over $100M over the past five years for
Kingsbarn’s various investment programs. Mr. Ayer is
a 24-year commercial real estate executive who has
enjoyed success both an an entrepreneur and as a
commercial broker. Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Mr.
Ayer founded Equity Capital Partners where he
purchased 92 non-performing and sub-performing loans
over a four-year period in which he was able to
restructure and/or recapitalize all of the purchased
notes. Before the great recession, Mr. Ayer was a
highly successful commercial broker starting out
with Marcus & Millichap and then with Re/Max
Commercial. In 2006 Mr. Ayer was the number 4 broker
at Re/Max worldwide. Mr. Ayer graduated from the
University of Oregon in 1996 with degrees in
Business Administration and Psychology.

James
As Kingsbarn’s Regional Vice
President for Southern California, James Rossi
utilizes his tax planning and financial planning
background to provide simplified 1031 exchange
solutions to accredited investors.
James comes to Kingsbarn having
worked as a financial advisor for high net worth
individuals at one of the fastest-growing wealth
management firms on the west coast, WestPac Wealth
Partners. As a financial advisor, James helped his
clients minimize the impact of taxes on their wealth
and helped his clients construct plans to pass that
wealth on to the next generation efficiently. Prior
to that, James served as an officer in the Navy for
six years after graduating from the United States
Naval Academy.
James holds a B.S. in Economics from
the United States Naval Academy where he was also
Co-Captain of the football team. He also holds an
MBA from California Lutheran University with an
emphasis in financial planning. In his free time, he
enjoys going to the beach with his wife and son,
working out, playing golf, and he never misses a
Navy football game.

Anthony
Anthony is a highly accomplished
real estate professional with a proven track record
in the commercial real estate industry. He has
extensive experience in sales, leasing, and asset
management, making him a trusted advisor to clients
looking to optimize their real estate portfolios.
Anthony comes to Kingsbarn having
worked at Pacific Coast Commercial, one of the
largest independent commercial real estate brokerage
firms in southern California. Anthony led his team
in the sales and leasing of investment properties
throughout San Diego County, and now draws upon this
experience to provide a unique, full-service
approach to helping clients surpass their investment
goals and better manage their real estate
portfolios.
Anthony earned his B.S. in Business
Management with honors from San Diego State
University, where he developed a strong foundation
in finance, marketing, and strategic planning. Apart
from his professional life, Anthony is actively
involved in his community, participating in local
nonprofit organizations. He enjoys outdoor
activities, including hiking, fishing, and golfing.

Jerome
As a Senior Vice President at
Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital, Jerome Fried excels
in crafting tailored real estate investment
solutions that align with the financial objectives
of investors. Jerome spent over a decade honing his
skills in commercial real estate at prestigious
brokerage firms CBRE and Savills, where his practice
focused on advising high-net-worth individuals and
corporations on a diverse array of real estate
strategies, encompassing both investment sales and
leasing.
Before joining Kingsbarn, Jerome
played a pivotal role in spearheading the European
real estate expansion efforts of a CBRE-backed,
early-stage company with a $1B+ valuation. His
multifaceted background blends strategic vision with
practical insight, enabling him to advise investors
on how to navigate complex real estate landscapes.
Born in Brussels, Belgium, Jerome is
a native French speaker, offering a unique cultural
perspective and linguistic fluency to his
professional engagements. Outside of the office,
Jerome enjoys the great outdoors, indulging his
passions for skiing and backpacking. Jerome is a
graduate of the University of California, Los
Angeles and currently resides in Brentwood.

Adams

Steven
First Vice President for Kingsbarn,
Steven Adams utilizes his experience with brokerage
and in-depth market knowledge to advise clients on
investment opportunities through Kingsbarn’s active
offerings.
He is a United States Marine Corps
veteran who served four years of active duty with
First Battalion, Seventh Marines as a Ground
Intelligence Officer. He has worked with a diverse
group of individuals hailing from a multitude of
different countries. Steven thrives in uncertain
environments and finds a path to success in the
absence of standard operating procedures. He
continues to utilize the traits he adapted in the
military to provide exceptional service to his
clients. Steven is from Brooklyn, New York and
graduated from Rutgers University with a double
major in Political Science and Criminal Justice. A
family-oriented individual whose father was a
Sergeant in the NYPD, Steven prides himself on
loyalty, integrity, and humility.
Due to Steven’s high standard of
performance at his previous position, he received
Marcus & Millichap’s Pace Setter Award December of
2022.
