Jeff Farnsworth

Jeff Farnsworth is a seasoned executive with extensive hands-on experience in business leadership, operations and finance. Jeff has a demonstrated track record of analyzing business conditions, implementing sound corporate procedures, and significantly enhancing the financial strength and overall efficiencies of businesses. He is instrumental in directing Kingsbarn's expansion strategy, opening additional offices in Orange County, San Francisco and Seattle. Jeff oversees the creation of new revenue channels and the growth and maintenance of investor relationships.

Prior to Kingsbarn, Jeff founded and co-founded three companies focused on business and real estate acquisitions. Jeff directed the organizations' overall financial positions, liquidity, growth, and financial stability. Throughout his career, Jeff has cultivated excellent banking and investor relationships, acquiring over $100 million of corporate assets and financing.

Jeff received Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Human Resource Management from Southern Utah University. He also was awarded a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.


Forrest Cerrato

As an award-winning real estate developer and portfolio manager, Forrest Cerrato brings extensive commercial real estate experience to Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital’s Northern California team. Mr. Cerrato, having a focused approach on obtaining results for his clients, has made a significant impact in commercial real estate throughout his career. Whether dealing with acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, property repositioning, negotiations, or real estate finance, Forrest has continually provided results over multiple asset classes. Forrest plans to continue this trend by helping to further build out Kingsbarn’s Northern California footprint.

Prior to Kingsbarn, Forrest worked for one of the largest and most successful private design-build real estate firms in Northern California. During his 16 years there, he worked on multiple award-winning project teams and collaborated with architects, city officials, political figures, and construction executives with the sole purpose of delivering real estate products that exceeded his clients’ expectations while creating positive, lasting impacts on their communities.

Outside of the office Forrest enjoys ocean fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Megan, and their two daughters, Leona and Emma.


James Yoder

James Yoder is Kingsbarn’s Regional Vice President managing the South Bay Area markets in Northern California. James educates agents and investors about strategic 1031 exchange opportunities by providing the Kingsbarn investment portfolio with customizable secure investments. James brings experience from the CRE brokerage sector where he spent the past four years at Colliers International in San Jose. James portfolio included over 500K sq. ft. of property representing private and public funds

James is a Bay Area native and he attended Valley Christian High School and Menlo College, where he graduated with a business marketing degree. Real Estate Law classes and family CRE roots led him into brokerage after graduation. James worked at DAYoder CRES for two years before joining Colliers International in late 2016 and finally moved to the Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital team in 2020.

Outside of work, James spends his time with his beautiful wife and children in their hometown of Willow Glen, escaping to Tahoe on the weekends.


Louie Goros

As Regional Vice President for Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital, Louie Goros leverages his brokerage background and extensive knowledge of commercial real estate to provide his clients with structured real estate investments through Kingsbarn’s diversified investment programs.

Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Louie helped lead a large brokerage team at Marcus & Millichap with over $400,000,000 in transaction volume. There, he specialized in acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily apartment buildings in San Diego County and facilitation of 1031 exchanges. During Louie’s career in brokerage, he represented a wide range of investors, helping them create and preserve wealth through investment sales and advisory services.

Louie proudly served in the United States Marine Corps with 1st Reconnaissance Battalion at Camp Pendleton, CA. Following his honorable discharge from the military, Louie went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in small business management and entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix.

Outside of the office, Louie enjoys staying fit and spending time with his wife, Brogan, and two-year old daughter, Taya.


Danny Held

Born and Raised in South Los Angeles Danny Held has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in an ultra competitive market. After graduating from college, he started his career selling spinal implants for a top tier publicly traded medical device company. Finding early success in his career he started acquiring and repositioning multifamily assets for his personal portfolio which lead to his transition into commercial real estate.

Danny Started his professional brokerage career at Sands Investment Group where he represented private investors, REIT's, and Institutions in the disposition of their assets. Successfully completing nearly $100M of transactional volume he realized his greatest strength was having the ability to build relationships and create solutions for clients in the need of asset allocation. This lead him to take his specific skill set to Kingsbarn Reality Capital where he creates opportunity for clients to grow with a paramount company.

In his free time he enjoys all the beauty California has to offer, whether it is surfing, snowboarding, or enjoying a hike with family and friends.


Matt Ayer

Mr. Ayer has been responsible for raising over $100M over the past five years for Kingsbarn’s various investment programs. Mr. Ayer is a 24-year commercial real estate executive who has enjoyed success both an an entrepreneur and as a commercial broker. Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Mr. Ayer founded Equity Capital Partners where he purchased 92 non-performing and sub-performing loans over a four-year period in which he was able to restructure and/or recapitalize all of the purchased notes. Before the great recession, Mr. Ayer was a highly successful commercial broker starting out with Marcus & Millichap and then with Re/Max Commercial. In 2006 Mr. Ayer was the number 4 broker at Re/Max worldwide. Mr. Ayer graduated from the University of Oregon in 1996 with degrees in Business Administration and Psychology.


Katelen Weisenberger

Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital is proud to announce the addition of Katelen Weisenberger as Regional Vice President for Central California. Drawing from her extensive legal background and prior real estate experience, Katelen provides her clients with comprehensive investments through Kingsbarn’s California Offerings and Managed Direct Offerings. But, most importantly, she earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering candid advice.

A Central California local, Katelen comes to Kingsbarn with a unique perspective. She started out leading the business development program at an INC. 500 software company, where she helped it more than quadruple in size. Having worked in both a real estate litigation setting and as a realtor, her past clientele varies between small residential individuals and large corporate agricultural owners. Her passion and past transactions show a well-rounded take on the Central California Market and her familiarity with trust and asset management means she is no stranger to the creative transactions needed in today’s real estate investment scene.

Katelen received her Bachelors in Political Science and Pre-Law Certification with honors from California State University, Fresno. She also holds a Juris Doctor from the San Joaquin College of Law. Apart from her real estate endeavors, she enjoys traveling abroad, and hiking with her German short-haired pointer (Oliver).


James Rossi

As Kingsbarn’s Regional Vice President for San Diego, James Rossi utilizes his tax planning and financial planning background to provide simplified 1031 exchange solutions to accredited investors.

James comes to Kingsbarn having worked as a financial advisor for high net worth individuals at one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms on the west coast, WestPac Wealth Partners. As a financial advisor, James helped his clients minimize the impact of taxes on their wealth and helped his clients construct plans to pass that wealth on to the next generation efficiently. Prior to that, James served as an officer in the Navy for six years after graduating from the United States Naval Academy.

James holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy where he was also Co-Captain of the football team. He is currently completing a Master in Business Administration from California Lutheran University. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach with his wife and two dogs, working out, playing golf, and he never misses a Navy football game.
