Prior to Kingsbarn, Jared spent 5 years at Foothill Partners and AREAS, a development and asset management firm. As a partner at both companies, he was responsible for capital raising, debt placement, and investment analysis and reporting for over 2.5 million square feet of real estate, and structured capital for over $150,000,000 of development projects across the Southwest.
