The portfolio consists of three APC properties in the Austin MSA and a fourth property in Amarillo. Kingsbarn will offer interests in the portfolio as a Delaware Statutory Trust (“DST”) investment for 1031-exchange investors. The properties are all 100% leased to APC on 15-year, triple-net leases. APC specializes in pain management, pain care, and surgical solutions. “We have executed many sale-leaseback transactions over the past few years.
